Team Applications For 2011 Copa NYC Tournament

To apply your team for consideration in the 2011 tournament, your team must first meet the requirements listed within the guidelines in the Official Team Packet.

The 2011 Team Application must be completed by the Team President (or Manager), who will be responsible for coordinating all activities for their team throughout the Copa NYC tournament season.
